The systems described in our case studies were designed and delivered by us. Where a client is named, it is with their knowledge. We publish what the systems do and how they were structured; we do not publish client data, and we do not present hypothetical examples as delivered work.

The name, written content, layout and imagery of this website belong to Smart Girl Multibiz, except where third-party material is used with permission. Rights over work created for a client are set out in that client's agreement.

We maintain this website carefully but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
